You choose your pharmacy

You can have your prescription filled at any pharmacy, and switch or transfer it at any time. Just message your care team. You don't need to use our partner pharmacy to get care from our clinicians.

Our partner pharmacy

Unless you choose another pharmacy, your prescription goes to our partner pharmacy. It offers:

• free, discreet delivery to your door, usually in 2–5 business days, with refills scheduled automatically
• insurance-ready receipts showing the DIN, medication and amount dispensed
• everything coordinated for you: the pharmacist and your clinician work from the same file, so refills, renewals and dose changes line up without you relaying anything
• access to the pharmacist and your care team through your account, usually within a business day

Some compounded medications we offer may not be available at every pharmacy.

Fees

Hair Loss and ED: no extra fee for using another pharmacy.

TRT: The TRT Care Plan is $49/year. It covers your assessment, lab requisitions, clinician visits, bloodwork review, dose adjustments and ongoing care, and it's the same whichever pharmacy you use.

For TRT only, Flexible Care adds $249/year for the additional coordination services required when your care involves a pharmacy outside our partner pharmacy. These services include:

• sending each new, renewed or changed prescription and confirming it was received
• handling your pharmacy's questions with your clinician
• coordinating transfers and the renewal rules for testosterone, a controlled substance

TRT isn't currently offered in Quebec or Yukon. Rules on pharmacy choice and fees vary by province. We review this policy and our fees regularly.
